If you are looking for a romantic place to stay during your holiday in Le Marche, then our studio apartments are for you. Nestled in our beautiful valley, these two independent studio apartments provide stunning views and give you a fully contained self-catering apartment. Both apartments are next two each other, so if you want privacy you have it - if you are travelling with friends, we can open up the rear terraces so you socialise together, and still have your own front door!

Both apartment boast lovely four-poster beds with feather mattress toppers - many of guests telling us that they have never slept so well! We have found the best linens, towels and dressing gowns, so you really feel pampered!

In the kitchen....
Each studio has a fully equipped kitchen so you can make some delicious meals if you do not want to venture very far. The kitchens have a cermanic hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment and plenty of crockery and utentsils too. We also leave you a few essential supplies to get you going, such as; coffee, tea, oil, vinegar and some herbs etc. There is also a small dining table for thise intimate dinners! |

Relaxing inside....
Whilst we are pretty sure you will find it hard not to spend lots of time on your private terrace, you may just want to relax and watch a movie, so your sitting area has a comfy sofa for two, a TV with a good supply of movies and an ipod player so you can listen to your favourite music! |

Now for outside....
Each apartment has its own private garden terrace, where you can take in the magnificant views. Look out onto rolling hills, listen to goats bells in the distance and relax with a book and a glass of complimentary proseco! |
Your bathroom/shower room
Each apartment has a bathroom with washbasin, toilet, walk-in shower and a supply of shower gel, soap and toilet rolls to get you going. We supply lots of fluffy towels and dressing gowns too... |

We have also provided some luxuries and local produce to help you settle in. We know only too well how depressing it can be to arrive somewhere late at night to find that not even soap or washing-up liquid have been supplied. Our cottage and apartments all have something special about them, whether it is the wealth of beams, a unique piece of furniture or their beautiful unspoiled location. Booking Process
Once we have received written confirmation of a definite booking an e-mail confirming the deposit payment required, total cost of the accommodation and payment deadline dates will be sent to you. The requested property will be placed on hold for 5 working days pending receipt of the deposit or full payment if applicable. Once the deposit/or full amount has been received (if 8 weeks or less before arrival date) a booking Confirmation will be issued.
Payment
We have standard, quarterly and monthly payment plans which we can discuss with you once you confirm your booking.
Arrival / Departure
The properties will be available for guests from 3.00pm to 8pm - if your arrival is going to be later, please let us know. On the date of departure, guests are asked to vacate their property by 10.00am.
Whats Included In Your Rental Price
The total cost includes consumption of hot and cold water, electricity, air-conditioning, Wifi and the provision of the both bed and bath linens and a
small welcome pack on arrival.
How Can You Pay For Your Holiday Rental
By bank transfer to an Italian euro account. We also accept and love PAYPAL, it is a safe online payment process which is easy for us and easy for you too - so even if you do not have a paypal account you can simply use your credit card!
