A lovely cottage with stunning views across the Le Marche countryside, Cottage Sereno is roomy enough for a family or four, or snug enough for a romantic couples break away. Set in its own wonderful space amid the restored Country Hideaway of Bella Vallone, guests can enjoy privacy, but have the added bonus of friendly owners in a nearby house who are on hand to help with reservations or local knowledge.

Downstairs there is a very spacious sitting room with dining space. Large double doors both front and rear provide breathtaking views across the valley and give you lots of light into this wonderful cosy cottage. Off the lounge is a beautifully equipped kitchen with sunny outdoor terrace to make the most of those lovely Italian mornings and stuunning sunsets!

Upstairs the cottage has two spacious bedrooms, one master bedroom with a large comfortable kingsize country style bed with feather mattress toppers. There is lots of storage and hanging space and every room has luxury linens and cosy dressing gowns. The second bedroom has two single beds and both rooms offer stunning views across the valley.

While the inside is stunning, the outside has it all too. A sunny patio for alffresco dining with tables, chairs and umbrellas. The cottage has private gardens on all sides and plenty of space to soak up the simply magnificent views in all directions. There are lots of lovely walks around the cottage, so Cottage Sereno is ideal for those who enjoy gentle walks in the countryside. At night you can soak up the sunset and star gaze in one of the most romantic settings. Cottage Sereno can be a place to relax and enjoy the peace of this wonderful setting, or it can be used as base for a multitude of wonderful things to do or interesting places to visit in the area. Walking, cycling and visiting many of the Roman and Medieval ruins that pop up all over Le Marche will provide guests with many options during thier stay at the cottage.

We know only too well how depressing it can be to arrive somewhere late at night to find that not even soap or washing-up liquid have been supplied. Our cottage and apartments all have something special about them, whether it is the wealth of beams, a unique piece of furniture or their beautiful unspoiled location.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUTBookings are generally Saturday to Saturday during our high season - but we are very flexible so mid-week arrivals and shorter stays will always be considered depending on availability so please enquire with us. Discounts are available for guests staying 3 or more consecutive weeks.
BOOKING T&C'SBooking Process
Once we have received written confirmation of a definite booking an e-mail confirming the deposit payment required, total cost of the accommodation and payment deadline dates will be sent to you. The requested property will be placed on hold for 5 working days pending receipt of the deposit or full payment if applicable. Once the deposit/or full amount has been received (if 8 weeks or less before arrival date) a booking Confirmation will be issued. Payment Schedule Holidays being booked more than 8 weeks before arrival date require a 20% deposit immediately, 30% mid way through the schedule with the balance 50% due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Rates are fully inclusive of all electricity, and weekly cleaning. Arrival / Departure The properties will be available for guests from 3.00pm to 8pm - if your arrival is going to be later, please let us know. On the date of departure, guests are asked to vacate their property by 10.00am. Whats Included In Your Rental Price The total cost includes consumption of hot and cold water, electricity, air-conditioning, Wifi and the provision of both bed and bath linens and a small welcome pack on arrival. How Can You Pay For Your Rental By bank transfer to an Italian euro account. We also accept and love PAYPAL, it is a safe online payment process which is easy for us and easy for you too - so even if you do not have a paypal account you can simply use your credit card! |
